Insurance on second car?
Right, I did try a search but didnt come up with anything (i'm never good at searches!). I was going to put my 1.1i mk3 fez as a second car on my insurance, so I could drive that around uni and not worry about it, and have the 2.0 si project at home to work on/ drive when its done and im at home. Anyway, the 1.1i failed an mot (rotten chassi) and isnt worth fixing. Can anyone tell me roughly what it costs to put a second car on your insurance with adrian flux? IM 21 with 4 yrs no claims, and no points etc. I know you cant give me an exact price but basicly im wondering if its similar to insuring the second car on its own, or would it be like half the price as its on the same policy or what?
I'm thinking about not getting another motor depending if its gona be huge amounts to insure/ buy. Im hopint to spend less that £500 on the second car as ive blown most my money on the other car already. At the moment im looking at a mk4 1.8 diesel fez, and a mk2 1.6 golf.
I'd be gratful for any help/ what second cars have cost others in insurance. Cheers.

All you can do is phone your insurance company and see what they can offer. At 21 though it will hardly be cheap. My bro has a Chavalier SRi he uses for daily duties and his insurance co sorted him out but it still costs him £700 as his no claims is used on the Fes
Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Cheers. I gave them a ring, and as you said, the no claimes is only used one one vehicle, i didnt know that and then the other car is insured basicly as a seperate car. Damn! Cheers for help though.
