INSURANCE HELP

i have got quote for 1000 on my xr2i with 2 years no claims at 19!!! my mate has 1 years no claims at 19 and has got quoted 1100 on ERST!! its not rite does any 1 no of anty cheap insurance companies and links to there sites or phone numbers?!

any help greatly appreciated
