Depends where you are trying to hide them and what they are securing really. Do you mean speaker screws or screws for the actual wood parts of the build?

oh sorry. should of mentioned what i was doing.

basically im installing 2 amps into a mk5 escort and due to it have a massive wheel well i'm having to improvise.

so basically i'm using the left and right wheel arch areas to to mount the amps. and what ive done at the moment is make a false floor to screw everything to. i have 2 vertical pieces of wood. flush up with the suspension struts. and i have cut holes out of them pieces of wood so that you can see the amps which are mounted on wood which is then attached to the vertical pieces.

Confused so am i :oooh:

Get some special screw washers from demon tweeks
they're anodized in various colours.. get all matching screws as well...

if you cant hide them... you might aswell make them look nice :)

Not sure i understand the problem its late and im tired. But if your covering with fabric or any other material just recess the heads of the screws.

Just countersink the screws into the wood and make up a filler with the dust from the wood and glue. fill the holes with this and bobs your uncle, matching wood colour and no visible screws
