help wanted please guys

I'm trying to locate and buy a sentimental xr2i the car is a black on blue trim reg number is h920 ntg we are willing to buy this xr at whatever cost and state it might be in as its not bben taxed for a long time or scrapped a finders fee is also a possibility if we can find the car does anybody now who's got it or any links would be great

Why don't you call dvla and ask them who owns it. Need a "good reason" to be told but tell them the story and you might get lucky with the person on the phone

Looking on the DVLA Vehicle enquiry site it was last taxed in 2002 and is currently unlicensed since 2003.
