how much will it cost to get my zetec head skimmed&pressure tested?will it need to be stripped(cams/tappets/valves)? do the cams need to be removed to take the head off? i didnt think they did but haynes manual says to remove cams and tappets before removing head :-?so thought i'd check first!!

skimmed and tested anywhere from £20 - £50.

And yes all the guff needs to be removed for it to be tested.

As for cams, dunno not taken a zetec head off. But I would imagine you can leave them in to remove the head, but taking them out makes it lighter.

20-50 for head skim, same again for pressure test.

cams do have to come off, and sealer needs putting onto no1 cam carrier b4 refittin

depends on wot gear they have, local place i sometimes use dont have to remove valves
