Green ford gear knob.

I have a green inset ford gear knob and was wondering what car it was from. I know the blue one was from the xr2i but I've never seen the green one before any ideas ? Kind of looks like the rs turbo green. Any ideas on value ?

Wrong colour green for a rs turbo there light green

That looks like an "Auto Specialist" leather gearnob. They do them in navy, maroon and that green. £35 i think brand new.
