Ford Fiesta Mk3.5 Project OEM+: End of an era...
Re: Ford Fiesta Mk3.5' Projekt OEM+: Gaz Coilovers WIN!
jonyb4 :two weeks?! for theyre mistake
fudgekin hell you should demand some reimbursment (sp)
but i dont understand how you can stand it being so low, its so uncomfortable
It's done and dusted now mate. I don't want any perks. As long as they send me the right ones then I'm fine and happy.
Why do I want the car so low? Well... I'm an attention whore.

get good coileys jon and the ride is fine, also depends if they are damper adjustable, as i had mine tightened up half way on the settings and it was solid almost no give but i liked that

Agree with Toby. You should ride on cut springs mate. On standard shocks. That's terrible! Ride is awful... But coilovers are soo much different. Can't wait too adjust everything.

I don't understand, why do they keep getting orders wrong when it comes to Mk3.5 fitments? If the problem has happened many times before, you would of thought that they would of learnt from there mistakes? Well i'm hoping they got my order right this time and don't fcuk me about like before. A courier came today, wonder if it was them? Hmmmm, we'll see.

Re: Ford Fiesta Mk3.5' Projekt OEM+: Gaz Coilovers RIGHT ONES?!
I was right, the coilovers came today. But still unsure if there the right size...

Rear ones look great to me, but still unsure on front ones...?
Love the purple.

I've researched on Mk3 Gaz coilovers and looked at a few pictures. The fronts look idenicle from the ones in the picture, so I maybe wrong when I think there the wrong size? Hmmmm

They look right to me. Bear in mind that coilovers tend to be shorter then standard shocks.

Yeah I'm 98% sure that they will fit and they are the right ones as I've just looked at Toby's old Si thread, and his Fiesta was a N reg. They look exactly the same as mine as they do in the picture... Looks promising.

They look right to me, only thing I'm off about is they have put The gas sticker in the back of the front shocks :S

Yeah I thought that. But if you look at Toby's old coilovers, they've done the same there aswell. They do look exactly the same! Sticker placed at the back... I reckon they'll fit but we'll see, can't wait.

They are the right design for the car just hope the bore size is the correct one for a 3.5 hubs as they are different to the mk3. Apart from that both will look exactly the same. Id try them asap just to make sure they are correct.

Nice one. I was happy that they came soo quick... As said I just hope there the right bore size and it's just a complete correct fit with no problems. Just want them too fit so I don't have to keep phoning them every five mins again!
Fitting them over the weekend. That's if I get over the Man flu!

Coilovers cost a couple of hundred quid, got them through Corby Mototsport.
Well happy with them though, ride is not as stiff as the cut springs. Obviously I haven't adjusted the shock on the coilover. I don't want too either, I like it comfortable.
