a: Why would you film two guys pushing a ton of cable up some stairs
b: Why would you push a ton of cable up some stairs on the roll?
It looks like a lobby for a skyscraper, if so the only way to get anywhere else is in lifts and fire exits. In a normal situation the cable reels are much smaller.
Funny - but smells of fake... lol
