The bore is smaller than the xr2i, but if u take it to an exhaust place, they should be able to weld u on a reducer on the back box, just make sure they cut the pipe down the length of the reducer of it'll poke out too far at the back.

Marc - Didn't I tell you all this a month or so ago when you asked? I forget the diameters, but I think it might be 42mm and 52mm, the 1.1 and XR2i pipe diameters respectively.

Yea, Insides 42/52mm and outside is 45/55mm i think.
BUT
That cant be all thats different, Cos i cant get a 2i backbox to fit properly on my car. It hits the chassis at the mo and doesnt sit straight.
