ERST nocking noises

grr got noises coming from my rst and i dont know what from its deffo not the big ends, the car has a kent cam and a few other bits, the noise is only realy apparent at lo revs when accelerating, but not on boost, as soon as the turbo spins up the sound goes!!?? it also has a bit of cam /tappet noise to and i was wondering if the cam could be nackerd causing the noise? or could it be the little ends? it has been doing it 4 ages but has not got worse, but sometimes seams to disappiar totaly, it has confused me to f**k! HELP ME lol :)
