apparantly paypal can now hold funds until the seller provides tracking details or the buyer leaves pos f/b ie hes been paid and once you say your happy they will give it him.hth

I've had this. Paypal withholds funds until the buyer leaves positive feedback. I just refunded the payment straight away (it's still possible to do this), and got them to send me a cheque.

My advice would be to log into your paypal, find his contact details and give him a bell. Tell him to do the above and that you will send him a cheque.

Hate people who jump to conclusions. Surely he could see on Paypal there was a problem?

I noticed this last night when my other half sold something on ebay...paypal now hold the funds until the buyer recieves the item and leaves feedback, he would have noticed that if he'd read the terms and conditions

who the fcuk do paypal think they are? i use them but if they started to hold payments until i had sent the item i just wouldnt send it and refund the money.

i mean, the gain interest on our cash while they hold it and then still charge to use there service, na fcuk it, holding payments, there a law to them self, they refund when the buyer lies that they havent got it etc etc, fcuking paypal :x
