I sold a replica toms scoop on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MESOX:IT

As you can see, it quite clearly states in the ad its a replica not genuine, yet ive just been left negative feedback stating that it was a fake :-?

Does anyone know if i can have it removed due to it being unfair ?

Im sick of retards like that on ebay, if it was genuine it would be 4 times the price anyway, so WTF do they expect

I know what you mean, someone made an offer on my XSi which I accepted

Arranged time for collection, he never showed, apparently he came and saw the car the next day and was unhappy with the lacquer peel on the wing which was clearly stated in the advert

eBay is too easy for timewasters. Lets hope he doesnt try anything to get his money back or claim through PayPal as I wouldnt be surprised if he tried something

Email ebay, and explain that you clearly explained that the item was clearly stated as a replica, and that you are unhappy with the negative feedback you recieved.

This also happened to me when i sold a "Broken and Scratched" PDA, clearly stated in the advert.
