E-bay question?

Postby ~S1~ on Wed May 20, 2009 2:55 pm

I recently did a b-i-n on a Mk5 escort servo, that was on April 29. I called the bloke to say it hadn't arrived so he said he would check with the courier and get back to me. Ive heard nothin back and now he doesnt answer his phone or reply to texts. How long do I have to give it before reporting to Paypal in an attempt to get my money back?

Do it straight away mate, he's had long enough to answer a call/email/text

You'll soon see him reply when paypal tug him for his side of the story

yeah a.s.a.p it usually scares them into sending it.

And your more likely garunteed to get your money back the earlier u open it.

If he doesnt respond after the dispute and you have had enough then claim you dont have to wait as long as they say.

A while back i opened a dispute via paypal, then the next day claimed to get my money back. They acted quickly and i got a full refund. If you wait, the seller will have time to take the money out of their paypal account, which i think, means they cant refund you if its not there.
