Dublin?
Right hopefully next month the missis and I will be off to dublin for 4 nights.
Has anyone been over in dublin for the same amount of time and if so... how much did you take with you (money wise).
Ive had a look at the exchange rate and its about £200 is €250, but if anyone can give me and idea of how much to take that would be rather handy.
Ive got an idea of some stuff like pint prices and the guinness brewery and jamison distillery.
But anything else would be good.

Re: Dublin?
I've been, didn't specifically take any amount of money. I just used my card as I would here or took cash out of machines. There was no charge.

Re: Dublin?
I have two bits of advices...
Don't forget you're spending Euro's. I found it really had to stop seeing things in Sterling so kept looking at prices and thinking "Wow, that's cheap!". Which it obviously isn't.
The speedlimits are in KPH...
Oh, and there's no amber in the light squence from red to green. Caught me out a couple of times, sitting there and suddenly "WTF!? The lights are green!".
