this one is easy, before going to bed plae an ice cube in your left ear and lie on you right side. the ise will slowly melt and seep inside your body thous cooling the idle temps and givin a more burble noise

Could you not get the same effect by chilling the stella first ???

nah as the stella is taken into the stomache the ice cube is absorbed into the skin
