Compression readings??

Compression readings??

What sort of compression figures should I be getting? I'm using 1mm oversized pistons. I just took some readings earlier & they were :
Cylinder 1 : 145 psi
Cylinder 2 : 130 psi
Cylinder 3 : 125 psi
Cylinder 4 : 145 psi
I've been having a few issues with smoke coming out the exhaust.
The car hasn't been on the road in around 15 years. I've rebuilt / replaced pretty much everything under the bonnet.
