We're pleased to announce that we have successfully negotiated with insurers to get them to relax some of the underwriting restrictions on a number of vehicles that this forum's members might own. Because our account is running so well, they have agreed.

Previously we could only cover certain models if the driver was aged over 30 with one year's experience of driving the car. As flattered as I am that the Fiesta ST is regarded amongst things like the Type R's, MR2 Turbo's, and Alfa GTV 3l's, it's still a regular hatchback, so I'm actually confused as to why insurers would make those terms in the first place. (this isn't a criticism of you guys).

As it happens, I'm 24, so can't actually take you up on your offer. I surpass the skills and training required to own a 2.0 hatchback though - by the time I'm 25 I'll have owned and been driving the uncontrollable beast for 3 years

i am 29 5+ years no claims and have a toyota celica gt-4, but wouldnt insure me on my modified fiesta
