..... be modified so you can search a members list, or go to a particular page in a search?

For example, if i search on zetec turbo i get about 200million results, so if i start going through them i can go to page three, then i can go to page four etc etc, but i can't go direct to page 87 for example, i would have to click through from 3-87. Same on the members list, if i wanted to find myself, and i had it in decending username order, i would have to click through, page by page to 'S' to get my profile up (i know i can view my own profile dead easy, but this is an example)

Am i being really really stoopid and there is a way of doing this and i've missed it? Or has it come up before?

When doing a search, go to the second page.

Then, in the URL at the top where it says "start=35", change the number to the result number you want and press enter.
