Brakes

Postby So_SiMpLe_ on Fri Feb 27, 2009 11:23 am

Hi there!

One question:

With the stock calipers is possible to fit what kind of disc brakes?

Vented discs only with larger calipers ain't it?

Thanks!

Stock calipers from what?

If you mean ones from lower powered fiesta's, like 1.1's and 1.3's, then all you can fit is solid disks.

If you mean ones from more higher power fiesta's, like 1.4 - 1.8, then you can fit vented disks, which include drilled and/or grooved.

And yes, wrong section

Sorry mate did not specify the question! :P

It's a Diesel fiesta! 1.8D 60Ps, so I think are the same brake type as the lower power fiestas, besides the engine weight..... :D

I think the only options you have are solid discs, or drilled and grooved -

This isn't a MK3 fiesta but the principle is the same :)
