boot install "Fiberglass"
A little help if you all may. Im starting my install in a few weeks time and I want to build a custom enclosure to fold my box in place, I have already aquired the sub box and false floor, which i have checked fit and it looks really good, the only problem is that the box is not tight to the edges of the car and I don’t want to have to bolt it to the false floor. Can anyone advise me as to what fibreglass to use to make up two enclosures either side of the box as I want it to look flash and this is the only way I think I can do it.
Many thanks
Many thanks

Re: boot install "Fiberglass"
you need fibreglass resin, activator, stretchy material to get the shape you want, chop strand mat, brushes, roller, filler, sand paper, tin foil, masking tape, clear plastic covering etc, erm..thats about all i can think of at the moment!
its alot easier said than done and very time consuming
oh and you may need to build an MDF base/skeleton depending on the shape you want to create
