I brought a tubular manifold last year but in the end I ahd to take it off it was blowing I had it skimmed but still no good it sealed with a new gasket but after a week it started blowing again so it tried another gasket was fine then a day later blowing again so I put the original back on and have not ahd a problem anyone else had this problem

Sounds like the flange isn't thick enough mate, I'd say it's getting too hot and warping across the studs.

How thick is it?
