Anybody know "Shannon"

As said does anybody know Shannon personally?
Bought a part off of him on 30th of May and haven't recieved anything yet, iv tried sending him pm'd but not heard anything back yet, and sais he hasn't been online since 3rd of April
Seemed a nice bloke and doubt he's mugged me off , just looking to see if someone knows him and could remind him or find out why it hasn't been sent ?
