Aerials

Postby 0010 on Sat Nov 01, 2008 4:23 pm

Thinking about removing my aerial but still want radio, ive seen those dab window aerials but dont really want it on the windscreen. Would it be possible to mount one of these under the headlining and still retain good reception or are there any aerials that i can mount under the headlining?

Cheers Sam

there are none specifically used for under the headlining, have you considered putting it on the rear or 1/4 windows?

Good idea, need to sort my rear window out first before i go ahead. so you wouldnt recomend fix one of those window mounted ones under the headlining, the roof skin will probally cause bad reception wont it.

the only problem with putting one in the headlining is the reception as you said...I dont want to give you a 101% answer just incase it doesnt work...i think the rear screen will be the best option...

if you need a glass mount give me a shout mate
