Has anyone got or experienced the Advant turbo guard on their RS? Its supposed to continue feeding oil to the turbo after turning the engine off! Just curious, would help to abolish those 5 minute waiting periods idling the engine in the drive after a long run.

Any info would be great, and do they actually work?

Paul

It has its own oil supply with a return supply pipe cutting into the the turbo/ actuator pipe with the us of a T-piece. Very clever stuff, I got a brochure on it.

Paul,

not heard of it myself, and sounds a good idea (and an expensive idea too!) just wondering, when it continues feeding the oil to the turbo, where does the oil already in the turbo go if the engine isnt running????????????
