hi i need help still with wiring up my tachometer!
the help i got before said i had to wire it up to a green wire on my e-dis module, but i only have 3 wires running into it and none are green!

it is a 1995 Nreg mk 3.5 1.1 fiesta!

one solution may be to run it to the ignition coil! there are four wire running off that! yellow green, red green, brown green, and black!
does any1 know if it is possible to get the correct reading by running the signal wire to one of these!????????????
plz help as it has been bugging me for over a month!
thanx
all the best

well there is only one black plastic cover on the bulkhead, so i am asuming it is the e-dis! there is a plug that plugs into it so i aint sure!

so u say to attach the black wire on the tach to a earthing point, then attach the red to a live wire and the green wire to pin 11 behind the speedo on the multiplug????? ok will try!!!!

how would i attach it to the ignition coil!!!!!????
