A good setup ?

I don't know a thing about ICE installs, so i don't know if this set-up would be any good if i was to buy it, so could you please tell me if it is a good choice and if not, what i should spend my money on. Ive set myself a budget for around £500, and i would like the set-up for sound quality but i also like my bass quite loud. So here it is:
