That's a Fiesta Fun.

It has a 1.6 Zetec SE - however it looks as though yours has been given a Zetec S grille and Freestyle alloys by a previous owner.

Does it have full electric pack (electric windows, remote central locking, electric door mirrors, boot release, and heated front screen)?
