I have a r5 engine in my clio, i run nos and about 16 psi of boost, uprated head gasket and head bolts and i have had no problems with that. Only problem i have had is the fuel pump (but thats a standard clio job so maybe not up to the job, and a knackered turbo but that happens!!)
If you get one change the starter motor for a volve on, they are much stronger and sound much more modern. The only reason they have such a bad name is cause its so easy for idiots to turn the boost up and shaf them. They dont run high boost as standard.
When not on nos i can get about a car lenght ahead of my mates twin turbo supra of the line, on nos dunno lol
