Re: 5-dr Replica Project - Update: Driving Test Result!
Andy; more pics will come soon and Mikey; Patience
The thing is with getting pics on now is I'm always at work during the day, then it gets dark. The fact that my car is blocked in with 2 cars parked infront of the garage doesn't help (but glad its in the garage not sitting outside!) and at weekends, I still cant really get any better pics than what I already have, cos its still blocked in by 1 car
The next big picture upload will be when I spray the bodykit and get it all fitted I think, until then they'll only be the pics of lights coming, and thats when I have enough time in daylight to do them
Might have to be next Sunday now because my brother and his girlfriend lost my phone charger between them (long story) so I'm u sing my old W950i (which I hate) for the time being. 4GB walkman phone, but no camera. pile of sh!t!! lol So I will have to use my brothers phone for pics

Well I've found it now, basically they are morons. Stayed at my brothers gf's with Dave and Jess cos we had a few drinks, had my phone charger there (cant be witout my phone!!) and I put it in one of Jess's bags the next day cos she was staying at mine and Daves... So they brought all Jess's bags home and I couldn't find my charger, so I asked them and they said they unpacked the bag it was in but didnt know where it was. I went in there last night and tipped one of my brothers bags all over his bed, and suprise suprise it was in there. Morons!!

Re: First Car : RS Replica Project (5dr) -
Erm, I had a couple of problems today. I set my alarm for 10am.... but slept in until 3pm.... Ended up round my cousins last night, went to the offy twice cos we kept running out of beer
Then in my hungover state I remembered the lights and stuff, because my step dad mentioned sorting it out to get on the road..... so I gathered all the bits I needed and ran outside to get them on before it got dark. Anyway I took one of the lights off, then ran indoors to get something, so I though oh beter shut the boot...... I came back to open the boot and thought "Hmmmm.... Keys......"... I'd only shut them in the fookin car!! So I tried to get my hand in the back where the light was off to get them... no luck, peered in and they were right over the other fookin side... so I thought I'd hook them with something, so spent HALF AN HOUR looking for something to hook the keys with.....
then it hit me, the fookin passenger door was unlocked :x
So... no pics today! I'll try and get some tomorrow but I've gota go out quite early and won't get back until late afternoon. I need to get that car ready for the road, so old bumpers back on (as new ones need spraying), check brake lights (I think ones out), get one of the baxtard side repeaters fitted right, and probably put the old rear lights back on for a bit.
As I cant drive my car, but it needs a good run and I want it road ready ASAP for when I pass my test, I've said that my step brother (who is back from canada for christmas and the new year) can use it as a run-around. Should work out well because he will pay the road tax and stuff as its SORN, but it will bump the numbers of owners up a bit cos apparently the logbook will need to be put in his name.
I'm going to try and get what pictures I did manage to take on here now....

llama @ keys. I have to say you're not alone with things like that. my remote C/L was playing up and stood there puzzled for ages, wondering how to get in the car, completely forgetting that the manual C/L still worked just fine
