Yeah luckily enough i hadnt sold any parts, as i was selling as a whole thing anyway. Yes i did get lots of offers to break it but there was no way i could do that and of course some STUPID offers for the shell

No chance of the car being finished for show season this year, with what i want to do with the car it will take time, im in no rush

Every seal and head gasket, with new head bolts to.

Other orders are away : uprated fuel pump and belts, braided hoses etc......

Helix 4 paddle clutch, h-section rods being ordered tomorrow

Then the block (already machined for JE pistons) and parts will be gathered together and sent away for balancing and assembly.

Now to organise cylinder head and gearbox

Yeah i have new energy to get things going again since being at the N.E Scotland RSOC show

One problem i do have is picking new wheels ..... dilema or what !?!?!?!?!?

, im a right fussy fcuker with wheels, ive only decided to go for mondeo ones as they look so damn good on the fez and nothing else ive seen i like, now thats fussy

has to be 5/6 spokes then - if you have brakes like that then you have to show them off

Complete set of Roose hoses, uprated fuel pump, braided brake lines, std engine mount, various bolts, timing and alternator belt and timing belt tensioner.....

Time for something bigger to update on ......... prepare to drool ......

Andy at Cylinder Head Developments worked his magic and prepared my original head into one of his "ultimate CVH" wonders. Now remember my head had done 154,000 miles and only need 7 thou skimmed off one corner It has now got bigger valves, polished and ported and a nice new Kent 35 cam and alloy pulley

the pics aren't cut for me, I think it's due to the resolution you look at the site in. My work PC sees them full-width, but at home they get chopped off as we have to have low resolution due to a pants monitor

Andy has certainly done at top job as usual with that head. You have persuaded me to send mine off to him too.
After looking at al the pics again and again Ive decided that I want to polish your FRST with my special blend of warm wax.

But its thanks to Kev at Powartek i have even more bits...........

Helix 4 paddle clutch, Vibratechnics gearbox mounts and PEC steel "h" section rods with ARP bolts....



So ..... to update, i have everything apart from the gearbox (being built) to make a start at engine preperation and assembly. So its a case of gather together the bottom end parts and send them away to be balanced and assembled, then its put everything in the shell ...... scary bit!!!
But i still have brakes, suspension and intercooler

wow, never knew there was someone else in aberdeen dafter than me when it comes to fiestas, mine is in the bodyshop just now gettin all the rot cut out, havent gone as far as you but it will be gettin a full respray,

Keep us updated and il have to see this some time,
