Sprayed my horrible wheels a nice white! *PICS*

Postby rankinator on Tue Mar 27, 2007 10:59 am

I got a free set of wheels from a friend and they were in... terrible condition, paint stripped off everywhere, bubbling, dirty grey, you name it it had it.

So me and a friend decided to take a trip to halfords ( ), buy a can of white metal paint and some sanding/wet+dry paper and got to work.

Sanded 'em all down, wet and dryd 'em, primer'd em, and began the spraying. Not a bad job for our first go ever at doing this type of thing eh?

The machines that take tyres off/put tyres on aren't exactly gentle. You need to find a tyre place that's willing to be careful.
