There was a song on tonighs Davina sung with full orchestral backing... and some foriegn guy singing a version of a song that I know but can't put my finger on it...

I remember it having a line going "with a look in your eyes" then something else finally ending in "and where do we go? and where do we goooooo-ah-oh....." fading out

Can anyone tell me what the one in english is and the one sung in foriegn language?

Ok, after some extensive googling, I found that the english version is "Keane - Bedshaped".

Now does anyone know who sung the foriegn version and the title?
