Like on Ebay, where you can leave comments about the person who you have bought something with,
give them a rating . i.e 1-5 and then a short limited character range (i.e. 130characters?) about how well they kept you informed of the transaction, how helpfull etc, and weather or not they kept to their deal,
obviously some sort of autorisation to leave msgs maybe, but at least people who have never bought something off the internet / off people before, wont be so nervous, and they can see how it goes?
