small update

intercoolers almost done

just needs spraying, in black
also, popped over today still preping the rear panel with fibre glass filler, replaced most of the arch with new metal
he's rubbed down all the surface rust around the car to bare metal, dents will be done next week and hopefully the paint will go on too!

yes, going for a remap eventually change to ofab and run more boost.

as for the intercooler change, these coolers are being used more and more now as the behr cores are the dogs bollox! flow rate is good therefore will hopefully help lag. ontop of that, single pass is the way forward now.

The GRS was always up for the job, but i just wanted a change :bonkers:

could have just modded it but something new and different is always nice lol

In a Fiesta i meant, Reading Ade's ZT guide i see the 4x4 ones are 25% larger than 2wd.

Are Rawli's, Gav's and those four 4x4 items?

4x4s are a bit too big for a fiesta

theyre about 100mm deep which leaves little room as you can imagine

Martin H had 4 x 4x4 cossie coolers, NMS made a few too, few s2s have s or 3 2wd coolers

yet to see a fiesta with 2......... :wink:

afaik apart from ians old one mine is the only one with a 2wd one.

Erm there was a little J plate FRST I used to own which had a 2wd cooler added to it! Mind you one is enough for most moderatley powered Fiesta's even if you use water gay I mean spray on your cooler!

no point running 3+ 2wd coolers unless your running lots of boost like sunny,
stoned had a single 4x4 that worked well.
Mark aiming for 250bhp eventually!
