if i upload form my pc, it takes a while, but eventually goes for a while then to a blank screen saying done and the image is not uploaded,

then if i attach a link i get this error:
Garage Error Occured
Dynamic Remote Image

The Use Of A Remote Image Failed Because It Appears To Be A Dynamic Image Which We Do Not Support.
Please Contact The Site And See If They Provide A Static Image Link And Try Again.

It looks like the pic on your PC is too big to upload, and the one from photobucket can't be linked for the reasons it says.

I think photobucket may have resized it after uploading, so I would save the pic from there to your PC, then upload that version. It's not that big so it should work.
