i wouldn't mate, looks too much like the mark 3 headlights, i think if anyones going to do a headlight conversion it should be to a light thats nout like the original, no point otherwise

i wouldn't bother really, all the times i have seen it done there has been big gaps, not attractive, just get a subtle curved badboy, just to notch the corner of to make it more rounded and smooth, smooth out swage line on bonnet and smooth swage line on bumper, also smooth over washer jets and move to the scuttle panel, they make look small but you notice them gone straight away

Not a bad idea, rounding the bonnet sounds like a good idea. Would give it more of a smooth look

love the polo lights, but i think an SI or cossie bumper would suit the look better as it rounds the front end, that might just be me though.! :D

This is a translation of the installation guide of polo 6n2 lights..
This isn’t created by myself, just a good try to translate it.
I will try to post the pictures .. as soon as they arrive..
for now.. here's the text..

*******
Ok, to install the polo 6n2 lights into a mk3 fiesta you will have to modify the slam-panel (part where the lights fit in) A corner has to be taken out.
Also some cutting is required for the lights themselves to get the lights fitted. The original polo fixing points will have to go.

He used the old (fiesta) bracket ( I guess from an electrical adjustable headlamp) and fixed (plastic welded) it onto the polo light so he could use the original top fixing points.
He will create another point to fix them on his own fiesta, but the 2 top fixing points should do.

The first problem will arise. The lights will point inwards in stead of straight ahead. To solve this issue you can modify the housing. This isn’t done here yet, and a picture will be added when the modification is done.

The second issue is that the Polo light is arched whilst the fiesta indicator is straight.
You can modify the indicator to lign up.. also you can create a clear indicator then.
The german guy who did this mod can (and is willing to) create and sent these indicators..
To create these indicators you will need a polo indicator (reflector and clear glass) and glue this in and onto the fiesta indicator housing.
You can also use the original indicator and just put some clear glass over it .. and shape it correctly. Just your choice.

These are the 2 main problems that occur.
You will have to have a badboy bonnet, because the polo lights top line isn’t the same as the fiesta one, otherwise it will look ridiculous.

This is all the german could tell for now.. but he could have forgotten something.
