new to forums...
hey im new to this so go easy
ive been looking for a bit of a hobby and something to do with the old man on weekends and thought about getting a car as a project (without breaking to bank)
ive just gone and bought a beautiful little car exactly the same as my 1st one!
mk3 fiesta, 1991 1.1 popular plus in that powder blue that was big in the 90's
im thinking of just restoring under the bonnet and giving the old girl a bit of love and a more... in depth service with KN air filter some good plugs and leads and all that!
what im asking is, has anyone done anything like this? its got 42000 genuine miles on a 24 year old car so i wanna keep that enjine, but also have a bit of fun with lowerin, im thinking coilovers, i wanna go as low ass possible, also with that whats the best wheels? im thinking 13X7.
also wondering about exhausts any info on whats best there?
just a car for weekend meets and possibly track days
i have my everyday honda and ride a motorbike as well so it is litterally just a car for s**t and gigs to retro the F*** out of!
thanks, ill try get a pic
