my XR2i turbo 1990 Hreg *SOLD*
hiya folks, the time has come for me to sell my pride and joy. unfortunalty i dont get enough time to drive, due to working all the hours god sends and having a company car to potter around in now.
history
the car started off completely standard when i purchased it about three and a half years ago, i have slowly modified it to the state it is now. the bumpers were made by myself, as was the engine installed by myself but checked over and set-up by tremona garage in southampton. the car has covered 98,000 miles, with full service history and with me being the third owner. the engine is standard FRST spec apart from mods listed below.

full scorpian stainless exhaust system (with 4" rolled ou tip)
K+N induction kit
full samco boost and coolent hose sets
bailey dv24 dump valve
newish t2 turbo (covered less than 3000 miles, set up to 7psi)
ofab ecu and loom
interior
full FRST interior in very good condition
kahn steering wheel
auto meter boost guage
leather gear gater
exterior
custom front bumper (XR2i with cut out and escort RS bridge blended in with VR6 splitter)
smoothed rear bumper
FRST rear spoiler
mk4 rear wiper
european L/H rear light cluster
chassis
17" ace 198 with falken 205/45/17 tyres
-50mm pi springs
omp front strut brace
extras
alpine cd player
infinity speakers all round
clifford concept 300 G4 alarm
i'm in no rush to sell, but i would love it to go to someone who will finish it off, a little bit of tuning, pro-alloy front mounted intercooler and coilovers would finish it off lovely.
as with all mk3's there is a patch of rust around the filler cap, which can be easily sorted. welding work was undertaken on the sills and inner arches last year, so it's pretty tidy for it's year. there is a few photos below, if anyone would like more, please ask.

I'm sorry, but is it just me or does £2500 seem like an absolute steal!?! Those wheels have to be my favourite that I have seen on a Mk3 mate, lovely.

I'd just like to say, having seen this car a few times up close, that it is one of the most stunning examples of an XR2i I've seen, and Glenbob does look after it well. The buyer of this car is gonna have something special on his hands, and for that price it truly is a bargain! Now get buying!

need to sell my skyline tho 1st so, id consider your fez + say £4k as a swap for my R33
