I love your car, I think its good that people keep their mk3's away from the big scrapheap in the sky! I like the splitter especially.

woodwardsbodyshop : anyway, do you need anything for your car phill? i am only in widnes, i was on merseycruise as paulbmx2003 but i tried to sign in the other day and its saying my screen name and password are wrong

Very nice for a 1.1, i was gonna try it on my 1 litre, but the fact that it only had 4 gears would have drove me mad!

Very nice indeed - why not paint the rear suspension beam too?!

i was going to black hammerite the whole underneath of the car and some of the suspension bits, but i didn't get round to it. will do it when the weather gets better again early next year :)

UPDATE:

just ordered a 2.5" to 2" exhaust reducer, so exhaust should be on when it comes, hopefully by next week :D

looks lush matey, nice to see as much care and attention goes into the smaller engined fiestas as well.

powdercoat the rear beam, looks mint.

as suggested, i would get some new plates and stick them on rather than screw, just another little touch that changes a car.

fooking starting to hate this car now :x think 1 of my engine mounts has gone as the engine is moving about like a biatch

good job i have tomorrow off, should be able to find out which one has gone. can't remember where they all are though:

am i right in thinking there's 2 under the gearbox, and 1 just below the header tank?

not really bothered about it, just a lot of hassle trying to get a cheap mount in 1 day.

might be worth changing both at the same time IMO as they tend to go and you dont wanna have to do the other one in a month
