Hi, Just washed it and thought I`d take some snaps. Opinions on the ICE please as I`ve had mixed reactions bout it and am now thinkin ov takin it out.

Been red hot all afternoon M8,
Spec will alter as soon as the moneys there but 4 now it got:

Stage 1 conversion (165)
K&N panel
Magnex full stainless
-60mm Springs
MCR front spoiler
Mondeo Spoiler

Jus fancied racing around without the bother ov speed cameras, hence the plates.

The ICE is er different :wink:

Needs clear indicators, side strips taken off, green bumper insert replaced with chrome, colour coded mirrors & handles, and some 15"s sorted :grin:

The system originally came from my XR2i, hence the colour, looked at that Foila tec stuff but don`t have the same green as the bump inserts.

Bump strips will NEVER come off. Wheels will definately go on but can never decide on which type/size. Won`t be paintin` mirrors cos I wanna change em with summat different,

Why no change on the strips? Reflective silver would be a nice change, else red insulating tape looks factory???

Icewise, I have no taste but I'd retrim in red sub box carpet, velour or leather/synthetic leather or vinyl - basically, anything red would look the ti.ts.

Don't all rust out at once to retrim your ICE though lads, just 'cos I suggested it :wink:

Done most ov it myself, exept the box & floor which needed stitchin`. It`s trimmed in that synthetic leather stuff, think it cost around £80 for all the material & fittin` it by a auto trimmer. Hopefull some1 will buy it so I can have some fun on the track next year (must take atleast 2 secs of 0-60). Been top fun though, love wakin` neighbours in the middle ov the night :grin:

clear indicators, clear oval side repeaters, delocked, handles colour coded, side strips removed, chrome bumper inserts and m3 mirrors either red or chrome soon, and mocal filler cap soon. thats whats on my g/fs car im doing. looks sweet as! and the arches are smoothed into the bodywork. even tho its a 1.1 litre (until next week :smile:

Hows about using the mk4 wing mirrors? even in black I reckon they'd make the car look more modern.

About £50 new for the pair.

Looks very straight though :smile:

Those mcr front splitters are a pain in the ass,attract stonechips like a magnet and roadkill puts cracks in them :sad:

Ive just smashed the whole thing off on a bump! look really good but darn impractical
