phils_wicked :Thats realyyyyyy nice fella, well done.
The only thing I dont personaly like are the M3 mirrors (I rekon some DTM cups would give it a smoother appearance).
Top work.
I'm not a great fan of the M3's anymore either, a bit dated now, one of the things I think could look better.
Thanks

AC 2003 :needs different rear lights those look so tug! get proper smoked rears 2 really set it off!
I've got "proper" smoked rear lights for everyday use, the body coloured ones are for show use only, and I really like them personally.
Thanks for your "input"!

Max M4X WW :Ooh just noticed the lack of roof rails.
But what happened to the silver si with '16v' badge in your sig? Sold, respray or not your car?
The smoothed in roof rails are one of my favourite modifications.
The user you're referring to was 16V_Si, I'm 16VSi, he's since changed his name as it got so confusing and I was here first!

DaveB_lives :love this car dude, seen it at ford fair, well parked next to it![]()
and at fitp, nothing that i would change apart from the install.
just the smoothness, from the roof rails to the skirts and arches being blended together.
awesome
dave

AnthonyW :wow!
get some smaller rims on though - give it some euro flavour
Thanks mate.
Unfortunately Euro Style is not quite to the taste of English roads, I'd never get over any speedbumps and my front bumper might not last too long on anything much smaller!

I was going to say something about your car but every time I tried I get a lump in my throat, cos I know mine is never going to be as perfect as yours.
Will that do you?
Gearbox and competition mounts in, escos fuel pump in, magnex on. Mapped up on the 1st, then we will see.

That'll do!
At least yours will be quicker, let me know how it does at EA.

Great looking Si mate, and nice to see it at all the shows, especially well prepared and shiny. Your show lights suit it, but understand why you can't use those everyday. Nice paint finish from the respray too

Thanks
I know about 24 ozs of lead went into each one, don't know how it's done though. Sorry.

Max M4X WW :J444MES Please sell them to me! What condition are they? All centre caps? What tyres?![]()
Thanks
Actually it's J444ES F or just James is fine!
They're in really good condition apart from a bit of bubbling around one of the valves, all centrecaps with Continental Sport Contacts 195/45's. Tyres in great condition too.

Adam_W :i can't wait to see this car when its finished! what colour is it going to be or is that a secret?
It's already finished and in my sig. It's a Black Pearl by the way.
This is kind of a backwards post with completed car photos first, and bodyshop photos later.
