ahh that sucks. i'm really into my fiesta's to be honest. wouldn't mind a rs 1800 either. But i knew someone a while back who had a rs turbo and he was 19.

im 19 and im looking at £1200 (0ncb) for an RS turbo. :)

FRST is Group 15 insurance, but its black marked. For example i've got an XR2i which is grp 14, and the insurance is far lower.

escort rst are far easier to insure than fiesta rst. i thought no one would even consider touching someone under 21 on FRST

when i was 20 (last year) i payed £2700 tpft for my escort rs turbo and then changed it to my frst half way through the policy and that was just under £3000. A lot depends on your post code. But now my old policy has finished and having had one accident its now only £1900 for a frst and £1750 for a erst. I didnt realise just how much a year could make. Also now im 21 i can insure a 3 door cossie for £3000! :D
