Getting them to physically bolt on is doable but you will need to cut the Hell out of the arches. Making them work is impossible I'm afraid as the ET25 offset and 8J rim width make them wholey unsuitable for the Fiesta. Your best option is sell the wheels on and get some Mondeo 16's which can be bolted on and work properly without detrimental effect to the car.
