Behind the passenger side kick pannel (to the left of the foot well). There should be an openeable cover there and a red button inside.

What is that little compartment supposed to hold? It's too big to be just for the fuel cut off switch.

Right, open the plastic door, put your finger through the hole in the plastic, and there should be a red POP up switch, press it back down. (Inertia Switch) what the compartments for i don't know, but i keep wheel lock nut in there, and other little handy things.

Mine is a white switch, because i had to call the AA out twice for that little fooker

Apparently they get worn with age and going over harsh bumps can make them pop out :(

Are you taking the piss? :-?

Thats what it says in the Haynes manual, it also says there's only one button in there anyway, and it pops out when the fuel cut off is activated. :P
