They're not "part of amazon.co.uk".

They're a private seller trading through Amazon Marketplace. They also trade on eBay.

so they are using amazon "partly" to trade.

either way they are complete b01Lock5 and wont be using them again. 13% bad feedback already in the past 30 days all with the same problem

re ordered with windsor records and got the better version for £1 extra and have a proper delivery time

They're trading via Amazon's market place yes. You've written it as though they're a subsidiary of Amazon, which they're not. Two completely different things.

I've had a couple of times when stuff hasn't turned up from rogue sellers - you have to contact them first, then if you get nowhere complete a form (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/custome ... Id=3149571) and Amazon take it from there. You have to wait 30 days before you can make a claim though, so they won't care about your decision to buy it somewhere else during that time. Since it's only 28 days since the order was placed, if they have actually sent it out now there's unfortunately nothing you can do apart from sell it on.
