anyway

what ford or non ford relays that perform a handy creature comfort upgrade once installed correctly do you know of?

or even better know how to fit and have seen its benefits


one i know of is, Ford one touch window relay, from escort mk6/mk1 focus and mk1/2/3 mondeo
theres a guide on this forum to fit it, also theres one on escort evo

it allosy for one press of the window button and it will go all the way down, but if you liek me want it to do the same back up you need to buy another relay.


another is the Ford 20 sec interior light delay, it basicly allows the interior light to stay on for 20secs after you close the door, handy to get yourself strapped in and adjust yourself before setting off in the night

i have not seen a guide for this yet, apart from on escort evo again where you simply plug it intot he relay box, but i dont know if fiesta mk3 has this slot


another, Ford rear intermittent wiper delay, this is basicly a relay that makes the rear wiper, sweep every few seconds with a delay between each, so if its raining you can leave the switch flicked back and it will do the rest, or manually you can flick it as often as you like
again ive seen no guide other than escorts have the slot for the relay in the relay box




all i know, ive been looking for the relay from the mk6 fiesta that puts the headlights on when you unlock the car, but its a bit tricky to find

Not a relay but the Starlight upgrade is rather cool if you can find one in the haystack.
