Re: fiesta st170 turbo
small update,
with my rad being a tad on the small side i have gone for a turbo/wastegate pre rad to help keep things under control
it started life as a s2 escort turbo pre rad but i have cut off the fittings and brackets and welded my own ones on

You just need to try and find enough time on your own car to get it finished now mate
Also just noticed have you made your own v band exhaust housing on your turbo mate?
if so how much to do it to mine

Re: fiesta st170 turbo
small update , fitted some of the new fittings , piped in the water feed and return for both turbo and external wastegate and plumbed them into the pre rad and and also plumbed the pre rad into the main rad.
got the one way valve for the dry sump and piped that into the breather tank.
and fitted the new fuel pressure reg

you need to pull the vacuum pipe off the reg and block it so you dont have a air leak then start the engine and adjust the reg , 3 bar at idle is fine
