no mate not yet im in no rush i have 6 weeks till central day

low boost will be 1bar it should do about 300hp at that , high will be the most i can get out of it ive had a little knock that has took me days to find was a bolt on one of the engine mounts had stripped the thread just need to test it now but im sure it was that it was well loose

I've got to look alternaltive calipers, im running 15" mk6 fiesta steels, 14mm spacers to correct offset, but they catch a little too much on the mk3 mondeo calipers with st170 discs, will be good to see some pictures and possibly measurements when these are on

315s dont fit i fell short by approx 7mm so down to 304 they do fit and car is now at 1bar and silly fast

car is faultless boost is now peaking 1.4bar holding 1.3 and spinning the wheels up in 3rd gear something it has never done on the fat 888s at anytime (bar in the wet) so must be making more power than it ever has

going out now to re-time it and see if i have compression or a few bent valves

but im never that lucky so fingers crossed..

s**t mate not good and i doubt you can you reuse the 70 quid ford head gasket? can you get some valves in it out a scrap motor, still got a few weeks?

no cant reuse it mate ,i would have to buy a whole engine just to get the valves then they are going to need recutting and all the valve clearances doing again

2.0l blacktop .just got a brand new top and bottom belt covers off ebay £15 would deffo recomend them lol.

im working on it mate . do you know what duty your injectors were on last year mate ?
just had a look at the data logs mine are on 75% @1.45bar and there 780cc so thats got to be some good power need to go to fords and buy 16 new valves in the morning lol anyone know how much they cost?

Valves... Your looking at around £10-15 a valve id say mate.
