cossie spliter is a very good choice for the car, suits the Si bumper alot!
I would try and stick to 16's if i were you with wheel choices, they fill the arches very nicely and are not as much hassle to fit as 17's as they dont need anywhere near as much cutting and rolling of the arches to fit. Also lowering wont be such a problem with 16" wheels as it wont catch quite as much, tyres are also cheaper which is a bonus
As for tinted windows i wouldnt fit them if i could help it as it is not something i personally think looks at all good on a car, i feel it just makes a car look cheaper having dark tinted windows. Is it a 3 door or a 5 door? if it is a 3 door then you will have the factory green tinted windows in the car already, meaning that you could fit fiesta turbo opening rear 1/4 windows, meaning it would look better and also they would open and look alot better than the tinted fixed ones. (i have a set for sale as well!
)
Please dont put a large shopping trolley spoiler on the rear, something like a Pi spoiler or colour code your existing upper one works great and doesnt look out of place and ugly like alot of after market spoilers.
Good base for a first car tho and all the best with it.

Styling is very personal but the old adage "less is more" springs to mind. Think about what you change as it's very easy to find one morning you've created something that most other motorists will point and laugh at.
Oh, and at all costs avoid Lexus lights they are as socially acceptable as slipping your own mother a length.

Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
