Re: Fiesta Mk3.5 2.0 zetec project
Little bit of an update. Got the engine in a mounted using both front and rear mounts. fitted new clutch, gearbox fitted, awaiting new gearbox mounts before we can fasten the craddle on. The Horrendous heat wrapped bannan pipe will be going and swapped with a solid metal crossover similar to AWEK's.
need a few final things before it runs, should be done in next month.
I ordered some standard rubber hoses but they didn't do the engine bay any justice so got some Roose hoses of a chap of here, I also got the front non power steering mount i was after, and some bonnet vents.
my new tank arrived yesterday so at the minute im cleaning that up along with my si axle.
Brakes & suspension are next on the list, Thinking of ST150 brakes so i can use 15's.

The tired old hoses i ordered.

The Roose ones i got of The Git

The engine bay is a bit mix and match of colours at the second, but im getting all the caps, (header, waasher bottle, oil, brake,) along with the strut tops, cam cover & airbox hydrodipped in some fake carbon, looks pretty good. this is an example of there work.

Ive got some white heat wrap on order for the manifold, and some engine dress up kit to make the wires a little more presentable.
I saw these alloys for sale on facebook, Think there compomotive TH, ( i dont really know much about alloys) But im pretty certain these are what I am after.

Also accidentally bough a focus rs engine a few months ago with a friend to go in a Mk4 Escort but he's decided to go aus so its ebay.

will try to keep this updated but dont get much time to get stuck in with it.
Always grateful for any advice & tips.

my friend is dealing with it, he's got it on ebay at the second.
Stands us at just shy of £1900.
I dont think it will sell as people are only interested in certain parts, but dont have time to split it. worse case scenario, I keep it and rebuild and wait for a solid shell to put it in after ive finished my fiesta.
